theft
iam in the process of being ripped off by yes loans at the moment. i was told that no money would be taken from my account they just needed my bank details to confirm that i have an account. then they refused me for a loan and after a week they are now taking £69.50 from my account and i can't stop them. i do my shopping online as im very ill and i have a young family to feed and today my shopping did not arrive because i have since found out that yes loans have taken my money from my account and are holding it in a holding account until they take it. i will now be thrown overdrawn and i will not get any money now until next week. so my babies are having to go without until this scum company have finished ripping me off. then i have to have my account frozen so that they can investigate this as a fraud. i have been intouch with watchdog and rogue traders and i would suggest that everyone else does the same its the only way to get this stopped and the only way to let everyone know what a scam this is.

unautharised debit of money
i have been cheated by yes loans, application reference number 22596979.regarding the application they asked me to provide my bank details, i asked why should i give that, then they told it is for the easy transaction .but they have taken £69.50 from my account without my permission.when i tried to contact them over phone i had to spend hours to hold the phone to connect them.i just want my deducted money back.i dont want any deal with yes loans at all.

Ghastly company
Ghastly company. I made the mistake of giving this lot my card details. Debited funds out of my account within a few minutes. This meant that i become overdrawn. Now i am being hit by OD charges from my bank. 'Yes-Loans' have created a much worse financial situation for me than before i applied for the loan. I needed the loan of £250 to put towards a second-hand car to help me get back to work after a period of illness. My best advice to anyone looking to borrow is go to the review sites first which is what i should have done. YES -LOANS have left a trail of despair & misery for thousands of people.

taking a fee without consent
I enquired with the company for a small loan £250.00, after they took all my details including bank details, they said they required a payment of £69.50, I said I didn't have that amount in my bank account, they sent me my application form out on Thursday which I haven't returned as I had already been accepted for a loan elsewhere, I had written to them on Wednesday to inform them I wasn't interested any more. Low and behold Today Saturday 19 th December they had the cheek to take the money out of my account which I couldn't afford, I'm now overdrawn and face bank charges next month of £60.00, why don't companies like this listen to the customers who at the end of the day pay their WAGES

Unknown charges
I enquired about a loan from Yes Loans and they accepted me and took my bank details and told me they would send out the documentation and all I had to do was sign it and send it back and my £1000 would be in my account within days. It has now been 4 weeks or more and nothing has been put into my account but they took £69.50 out which I was not told about when I phoned. That has put me over my overdraft and I have now incurred £98 of overdraft charges.
I want my money back plus my bank charges or I will get a lawyer and I will sue them.

Scam charge
After relinquishing application fee of £69.50 very quickly, no remittance or any furtherment of application was received. 4 weeks later still no word. So i telephoned myself [20 times in 1 day actually] to acertain progress. Nobody will speak to me so i want my money back and want to charge interest on mobile phone bill for major inconvenience caused. I will not stop in pursuit of this matter until a satisfactory outcome is completed.

Overcharged
I applied for a loan with yes loans and gave them my fee straight away. After reading so many bad reviews on the net about this cowboy company i want to cancel my claim and get my fee back. I have been on the phone to customer services for over 10 hours trying to get through with no reply and have spent around £60 on my mobile phone doing this.

Nothing, but problems
I applied for a loan via Yes Loans who informed me that they could definitely get me a loan but I had to pay an upfront fee of £69. I informed them that it must not be a loan with a guarantor as I was not in the position to get a guarantor. The loan provided that came through was FLM loans with a guarantor. I rang Yes Loans - 55 minutes of holding before I spoke to somebody - who told me after all that holding that I had to write in. I wrote in June - in September I wrote again and they told me that they had not received my letter and to write again and send it recorded delivery - which I did. I then rang again and after 70 minutes this time of holding - they informed me that they had received my letter 1/10 but it would take them 30 days to process the refund! I am absolutely gutted that they can hold onto my money for nearly 4 months. Having just recently fallen down the same trap with Wentworth - I am waiting for them to refund to me £59 and have lost £120 and have no loan.

Overcharged
I received calls from a call centre several times and the main one being Yes Loans/Advantage loans; who took an application form and approved me (and guaranteed) a loan. They then said there was a fee of 49.99 payable which would be refunded if they did not get me a loan. They sent me an agreement which I did not sign but they kept ringing for the fees as otherwise I will not get the loan agreement/money; then when the fees came out of my account (causing me an overdraft charge) they sent me an agreement for a Guarantor Loan - which is impossible because if you have an adverse credit problem, who would take the chance and approve a loan for you at an extremely high interest rate - when they know that a few weeks down the line they will be responsible for the repayment for saying you will be able to repay it in the first place. Then everytime I ring Yes Loans/Advantage Loans, they would say to me that there is an alternative - a guarantor loan from FLM (express amount of £500) which would not require a guarantor homeowner. I waited all this time and all they would do was re-issue the guarantor loan a week or two later - an agreement from FLM and charge me £49.99 again. Then I would get call centres who I found out were the same brokers attached to Advantage Loans and they would do me the same thing and charge me £49.99. When I call the participating brokers linked to Advantage Loans, they would tell me that I have to ring Advantage Loans. Companies linked or attached to AL are: TLG Loans and Yes Loans and also I think "I will Pay you".com. I am also applying directly to Direct Loans uk for a refund of fees which was taken out out of my account illegally. They said that my card details were only for 'verification' of my bank account and before I knew it they had taken out the fee without my approval and before receiving their contract.

Scam charges
I and my partner applied for a loan in july we paid a fee of £59.50 waited couple weeks to be told we couldnt have the loan and had to wait 3months for our fee money back.
Iv rang them and they said write to them so i did and ive heard nothing since last year i cant afford to lose the money.
