my ref number 52079029 yes loans contacted me on saturday 16th aug 08 by phone they wanted to know my bank details i said to them why do you need my details and they said to me that it is for when you sign the paper work we have already got your bank details so we can put the money in to your account i never give them my permisson to take £59.50 out of my account so i want my money back if i dont get any joy i will take this further i do not want to countiue with the applicantion of the loans i just want my money back because you had know right to take my money thanks mr raymond daw

My son enquiried about a loan one friday evening, on the saturday an admin fee of £49.50 was taken without any notice from the company. After deciding against taking out the loan he has tried endless times to get his admin fee refunded. He has sent 3 letters to the company even one to their head office but not even the courtesy of a reply. This company is scandulous using innocent people's money and people should avoid at all costs taking out any further business with themselves.

Will keep trying to get my son's money back as they have no right keeping it.

I WAS TOLD BY YES LOANS THAT I HAD BEEN ACCEPTED FOR A LOAN BY THEMSELVES AND TO SEND AN ADMIN FEE OF £49.50! LUCKY FOR ME I HAVENT AFTER READING COUNTLESS REVIEWS ABOUT THEM!

I THOUGHT I WAS ACCEPTED UNTIL BEIING PASSED OVER TO WELCOME FINANCE WHO SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME BUT COULD OFFER A SMALLER LOAN WITH A 60% APR!!! NO THANK YOU!

I WAS PUT BACK TO YES LOANS WHO PERSISTANTLY ASKED FOR MY BANK DETAILS SO THEY COULD TAKE THE ADMIN FEE OUT! I SAID NO BUT THEY KEPT SAYING IF YOU TELL ME WHAT BANK YOU ARE WITH WE COULD HELP WITH FINDING YOUR SORT CODE!!!!

WHO EVER IS LOOKING TO GET A LOAN DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ONE BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!! BEST OFF SEEING YOUR BANK AND TALKING TO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR! THATS WHAT I DID AND IM BETTER OFF FOR IT NOW

My friends son phoned Yes loans, and during the conversation was asked for his bank details, and at no time was informed that he would incur an administration fee of 49.50.

The following day an application form arrived,which stated there would be a fee for there services, and that a signature was required to authorize Yes loans to take the money from the bank. On realizing there would be a fee he decided against going ahead with filling in the application form.

Four days later a letter arrived from Yes loans congratulating my friends son on being a successful applicant and his signed agreement and administration fee had been received. It is a complete lie that the form was signed as he still has it, subsequently the bank informed him the fee of 49.50 had been taken from his account putting him overdrawn, which means he will incur a bank charge.

I hope this complaint will stop this happening to anyone else.
