HI my name is juan I've been have problems we this prepaid phone card. cared name "yes we Can " company name Securetel . well this is the situation we make the calls but it do not go thru next thing we no credic in the cards. i personaly try to contact cust service it took about 20 minutes for some one to take the call. tha one who aswered the phone. that it will take about 20 minutes to get my credic back. wich never happen. this cand issues has been hapen for long time wict a lot of people.please some one take action on this matter thanks. and have nice day.
