NYS LAW STATES DEALER MUST PROPERLY INFORM YOU OF PRIOR USE- RUN A CAR FAX ON YOUR CAR IF YOU BOUGHT THROUGH THEM- IF ITS A RENTAL CALL DMV FILE A COMPLAINT, CALL ATTORNEY GENERAL, SUE THEM!!!
