Unclear Charges/Poor Customer Service

Before ordering the YoshiBlade a word of caution! When I ordered the YoshiBlade from YoshiBlade.com I calculated my cost to be $50.00 and upon finalizing the order I was suprised to find that the charges totaled $70.00 An unknown accounting of $20.00.
When I attempted to contact the YoshiBlade customer service line by the only number provided I made 4 attempts and was left on hold for exactly 12 minutes before the system would end the call. That is 48 minutes total and I have yet to get through to their customer "service" department. I would not suggest the purchase of this product for the simple fact that in the event that you do find you need to return a YoshiBlade for whatever reason based on thier guarantee it is impossible to do so.
Another disappointed customer !!!

DO NOT BUY

I submitted an order at www.yoshiblade.com and boy did I get ripped off. The ad was for two knives. I submitted my order for $19.95 and WOW, I did not even get a chance to review the order or see shipping charges. When my order was completed, I wound up with two knife sets and about $30.00 in unwanted shipping charges. Total around $80.00. The Company has no email address and will not answer the phone. Here is the number try for yourself 877-449-6744.

Once you have ordered from them and are shown the wrong product with unbelievable shipping charges, you cannot cancel the order. They have charged me about $80.00 for a $19.99 item. The conformation email you receive is set up so you cannot reply about the order.
