I have tried to contact player services for over 1 month and no one answers the phone. I have an account that uses the voice activated phone services to make wagers on the thoroughbred racing industry however when i needed to speak with someone about my address change so i may collect a check from money i have won that is in my account, no one from you bet . com answers the phone. I e mailed them and had a reply from one of there department employe's that asked only if i used there phone services and did i push the correct number to contact player services, when i replied that i did, no one returned my e mail and i'm still trying to contact player services. I asked you bet .com to please tell me a phone number on who i can reach to discuss my problem and still no answer and no return e mail from them, in short, you bet .com has very poor and weak public response when it comes to contacting player services. I called up several handicapping services that I have been with for many years and it seems you bet is not the choice of the professionals but rather tvg.com is. I 'm going to locate the president of U bet.com by their stock market symbol and write him to complain of repeatedly "no answer" from the you bet player services department as well as close my account and I have made a decision to not buy any stock in there company. It seems as if they don't really need your business since they refuse to speak to anyone if problems occur, why should anyone have to go to this extream just to find out if they can reach someone in person. Forget you bet, forget buying stock in a company who can't be reached by phone. My option to buy 25000 in stock is now off the table for good. This is a good example of how to loose your customer base and why no one should buy stock in you bet .com.
