We were charged for Pay Day Loan payment and we never received or asked for money on a Pay Day Loan from this company. We have received a cancellation number on the payment of the loan and need comfirmation that our payment has been returned to our bank account. If you have a problem with this complaint, you may send an e-mail to us and we will get back with you. We want a refund to our check ing account for the payment amount as sooon as possible. Let us know if you do not understand this.

I tried to get a loan in December for Christmas. So I went online and applied for a couple different payday loans. I had to use my mother in laws account to have the money deposited into. Just recently she noticed money was being taken out for something through my name. I called the number and it was You Clip YOu Save. They told me they recieved my information from a loan app i filled out. I explained I provided that account number to have money deposited into, not taken out of. They informed me their services, whatever they are (I still don't know that), are nonrefundable. All they can do is cancel further fees from being taken out of the account. Its been 6 times now, at $20 each time. Thats a lot of money for nothing. I don't know what to do about this. They have taken out money they were not authorized to take out. And they act like I am an idiot, like it is my fault. Someone please tell me what I can do about this.
