I have paid for You Telecom 2MBPS speed but get lower than 400 KB. Inspite of several complains i am told my plan is for 512 kb which their website also shows is of 2MBPS. Every time i make a complain (roughly 8 times in a week) within half hour i get an SMS that it is solved... but actually no change... dwnld speed is 15-20KB only... they are the worst people in providing service and making false promises. NO ONE SHOULD EVER FALL IN YOU TELECOM SALES EXECUTIVE TRAP...
