Keep billing a terminated user
You telecom" ( A private broadband player, http://youtelecom.com/)
A story of " YOU" and "me"
They have collected a refundable amount of Rs.2000/- and provided me internet service. I was never happy with the speed and sent termination request on mail, on net and also through call center. All these happened in Oct'07. But they keep billing me till today ( May'08).
I keep getting paper bills till Jan'08 and phone reminders to make the payment. After my calls to customer care, paper bills and phone reminders stopped.
Surprisingly, the e-mail bills keep coming and SMS reminders continuous even multiple reminders to great customer care of "YOU".
I never worried about the loss of Rs.2000/-. But I am disturbed and embarassed by this remainders which keep coming to me.
"YOU", please pardon me for getting connection from "YOU"
Pay me or not but please leave me to live at peace.

POOR SPEED
servicing of you telecom is very poor , inspite i have subscribed under 2 MBPS plan , i am hardly getting speed of around 30-50 kbps and downloading speed @ 5-10 kbps .

Worst service on the earth
Hi,
I was applied for new internet connection for you telecom, Hyderabad. The idiotic fellow so called Prasad(996355155) came on 12/10/07 and collected the money and promissed me that will provide connection in another 3 days.....I waited till 16/10/07 and logged complaint. Till toady there is no responce from You tele customer support.....When ever iam calling that idiot, he is switching off his mobile. We are palanned to host our comany website on 22-10-07. We invested some amt for this too...but due to this worst service from you tele everything was cancelled.....
So why are these people are cheating the customers this way. And why are they not even answering the phones? Can any one pls suggest that can i file a complint against them on any court?

Billing and services
1. Last evening, two persons from you telecom office 'walked into me in the elevator', gave me a crumpled sheet of paper which was supposed to be my invoice. While a reminder sms 24 hours earlier mentioned that my bill had been dispatched by courier, these persons said they were employees of you. The bill was given to me as a loose sheet, no signature was taken for confirming handing over of the bill. Since i was the one who interfaced (though the guys didn't bother ascertaining my identity!), the invoice was duly handled, what would have these guys done if it had been my child or maid servant that had been at home? They'd have simply handed over, and promptly cut my connection too!!
2. The person handed over the invoice and asked me for the payment by cash. I told them that i normally paid bills online, and they said i wouldn't be able to do it since my connection had been cut due to crossing over of my credit limit. This is not the first time that i have encountered such a situation with you. There is no way they can cut my connection without giving me sufficient reminders about credit limits and overdue bills, leave alone arbitrary actions that put users to immense inconvenience. Strangely, my connection was till active and i have paid a sum of rs.1,200 last evening.
3. My invoice was for rs.1,430, but it doesn't take into account the rs.250 waiver that they had charged for plan change, as per trai directives. The credit note is showing on my account page, but has not been deducted from my account!
4. The invoice sent says is for 1st to 30 sept, yet you have included items pertaining to august. And is you raising advance bills for services yet to be provided?
Please clarify all this. Perhaps you should know that i have never ever received a response from you for any of my mails so far? Perhaps i must let you know that i am persisting with you simply because i have no other option right now, and at the first instance of an alternative, i will move - so much for their customer service and satisfaction!!!now that i am persisting with YOU simply because i have no other option right now, and at the first instance of an alternative, i will move - so much for their customer service and satisfaction!!!

About connection
I've been connected in my Hyderabad house and i don't know no body attend for complaint and even after long period after attending that fellow deleted all my files and programmers while installing the you net and no answer for the faults: gave very bad modem and i am at distress; i've believed him but got cheated; i should blame the company rules i hope not the personnel.

Inconceivable reinstallation charges!
I got my plan changed from prepaid to postpaid explore 250 plan. I paid Rs. 2000(deposit) + Rs. 250(plan change charges). Apart from this, I was charged Rs. 250 as the REINSTALLATION charges, which is totally inconceivable as there cannot be such charges for an existing customer (I have come to know this from their customer care, also I have been a customer for around 4 years, since YOU TELECOM was IQARA). Everytime I call the customer care, the reply is that they will forward the request to their billing department and the problem will be solved in 48 hours and the balance be adjusted in next month's bill, but much to my agony, this complaint lies in ruins, and almost a month has passed.
