On July 13th I ordered a scooter from youcansave.com. At the time I was told that it would be shipped in 2 weeks. I agreed to this and after 2 weeks passed I called them and was told it would be 2 more weeks.

I explained that I ordered this product for my son's birthday and that I needed it by September 15. I was assured that this would not be a problem.

After the 2 weeks passed I called back and was ASSURED that the scooter had shipped that VERY day! After 10 more days passed I called them again because I still did not have the scooter. This time I was told that it had NOT shipped after all -- that obviously someone had made a mistake.

But if I could guess what... just give them 2 more weeks!! I declined this offer and cancelled the order.

My credit card has yet to be credited! When I revisited their site I noticed not only are they still feverishly advertising the scooter, they have reduced it's price. When I bought mine the cost was $79.00, the new cost is $59.00 for one or $99.00 for 2 scooters. You would think if they can not keep enough of these scooters on the shelves they would not decrease the price but maybe actually INCREASE the price! All of these consumers are ordering for the holidays.

I ordered from YOUCAN SAVE.com . When I did not receive the email with the tracking #, I contacted customer service as instructed.

The man I spoke with was VERY rude and treated me very poorly, he did not answer my question and I still don’t know the status of my order.
