I picked up my items from this cleaner. There were only six items, I gave them eight. I was missing my favorite shirt and a pair of black pants. Called the cleaners to let them know I didn't receive all the items. They would not even listen to me or even try to find the items.

They told me to look in my closet, that they are never wrong. I know they still have my item. The reason I brought my stuff to the cleaners was to get that shirt done so I could wear it this week. I was furious. Don't know how to handle something like this. Do all cleaners just get away with this. They could lose or steal our items and we can't prove it?
