This is to whosoever it may concern,

Today I visited your store located at 162-17 Jamaica Ave, Queens, NY 11432 at 5:00 pm(04/19/2010) along with my two year old son and I think I have never came across such rude staff ever in my life before. I tried to make a complaint to a senior and a manager there but to no avail they kept on saying that I am wrong and they and their staff is correct and also told me that they dont accept complaint or suggestions from customers.

My 2 year old boy was really upset so I brought him to your store to pick some couple of toys of his like hence i told him to get what he likes so as a usual 2 year old will do he started gathering many toys in his stroller ofcourse but I was keeping some of the stuff back to the shelf so this lady staff who arranges things there came by and rudely stated to me if I am not buying all that stuff my boy cant touch it, so I felt terrible and asked her what kind of policy is that and how rude are you? Instead of an apology she told me you can go and talk to whosoever you want, I was extremely unhappy about this attitude and tried to talk to the supervisior(a spanish lady) and then a Manager(a black guy) but both of them were even bad enough. This lady they called bebe even lied in front of everyone that my boy was throwing toys all over the floor which is not correct and everyone beleived her and not took my words for even a second. I would never shop in a place where there is no respect whatsoever. The lady made it looked like my 2 year boy was breaking and banging toys on the floor in front of everyone but the amazing thing is the supervisior and manager didnt beleived me may be just bcoz they work togather and have favours for each others, they just altogather neglected my complaint.

I will inform about this incident to my family and friends for sure so they wont get insulted along with their kids infront of everyone. It was such a bad experience shopping in YOUNGWORLD. My suggestion is to keep polite and decent staff who cares for the customer and not insult or show attitude to them.

If there is some other place where my complaint will be considered and acknowledged please do forward and I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously cause I wont write such email to anyone without any reason as I live with a toddler its hard to get so much time but I still did so please do look into this matter.
