My complaint with your customer service is that I got charged 99.00 charge to my checking account and I have called them several times and I got an operator to leave a message and a customer service rep would contact me well they did and told me that they couldn't give me a refund until they received fund and verification of that and could take 15 days to clear and then another five day to be credited back to my account, well I have went to my bank and got a bank statment and it shows them being paid. and I think they are lying and they are just another scam company out their trying to get peoples informayion to get their money well this transaction has nade one of my checks bounce that accessed a fee of 25.00 and I expect my 99.00 plus 25.00 check charge back into to my account asap
