I have been member for couple of yrs with Your Music.com
Since Oct 09 ave been emailing this company and requesting too be sent the items(that they took
$6.99 out of my bank account for.)
I get replys that it was shipped.
I am missing at($6.99)...Oct-Nov-Jan & Feb. & (free selection that never arrrived.
I went in and took out all slections for any future shipements
They, billed me for a CD from a blank choice list. Then said they could not refund, unless I made another list.
I have refused . They now owe me for five selelctions, for which they have been paid for
using the autopayment with my bank.
I have asked for there phone number.
I have asked for them to call me.
They have refused to make good-I am out $35.00 & out 5 CD's
Ask them to send CD's or $35.00 they took out of my bank,
All I get are stalls-excuses I hve not back account now-so they can't refund my money.
I will accept a money order then.
I am getting nowhere with this company.
