Do not buy a cruise with this company. This company grossly misrepresented the cost of this cruise. They called and sold me a cruise for $88 per person (4 days 3 nights) out of Port Canaveral. This was supposed to be a fill up the cruise rate, where I had had to send in my first three time options. Today when I called them back to set-up travel for Option 2 (they were full on Option 1) they started talking about over $120 (think was over $130 but they hung up on me before I could get a repeat) per person for Port Fees and Taxes.

The 1st conversation with the person who sold it to me focused on what a great deal it was to go on a cruise only for $88 per person. He warned not to schedule on Holidays as I would incur additional federal taxes on holidays. I said no problem. I confirmed that I wanted to buy this $88 per person cruise (using my credit card) with a second person who ran down a list that I would be responsible for my (list of things said fast) like tips and alcoholic beverages, taxes. This was a quickly done with no emphasis and my previous conversation they said I would have to pay for my tips and any alcoholic beverages. You think you are hearing the same thing. They have this on tape, and there was no mention of Port Fees and certainly no mention of taxes that would be more than $100 per person. People think of taxes as a small percentage of what they paid. I envisioned taxes as something like max of $14. No one ever said what taxes would be, and they were never even emphasized at all except not to travel on holidays. At no point did anyone even mention that I would pay double the cost of the cruise in some type of port fees and taxes.

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. I would never have bought this if they had said this three night cruise would cost this. They will not refund my money. I want my money back due to dishonest advertising by not revealing what this would costs. They said "no", no refunds. I can get a better discounted rate than this on the internet or through AAA. They know exactly what they are doing and deliberately don't tell you. I am furious and disappointed, out $176 for a cruise I won't be taking. I have file a compliant with a Better Business Consumer site and may even see my attorney about this because this practice is so dishonest.
