We refinanced our homes with this company with the agreement by their agent in writing and in many emails to refund the closing cost. The transaction is completely dependent on this refund. After the transaction closed, the loan agent mentioned that the refund is in the mail. This was in December of 2008. When no check was received, he lied and said that the delay was due to the holiday. When no check was received by early January 09, I emailed the company and got a response from the company president stating that the loan agent was on vacation. The president subsequently promised to take care of the refund and even promised to pay the refund amount with interest because of the delay. The amount is about $3500, not a small change.

The company president even promised to send us the FedEx tracking number when the check is sent. When no check was received by early February, I sent the president another email asking for update. This time I got no response. It would be reasonable to anyone in my position to have the opinion that this company is a fraud and never intended to pay. It is now March 11 and nothing happened. The company president claimed that his company has a good reputation. After these events, I believe he is a liar just like his agent. I understand that the president, his father and his wife run the company together. With this kind of behavior, I wonder how many people in Atlanta and else where are defrauded by this company.
