They never pick their phone or reply on their emails
I paid $126.37 for an outfit, two tops and earings. After four weeks they tell me that they ran out of the tops I ordered and I should pick another one from their site. But I told them that please refund my money. But they didn't. They sent the outfilt and the earrings.
When the outfit arrived, it was x-small when I ordered a medium. I returned the outfit and the earrings. But they have not refunded any of the money.
They never pick their phone or reply on their emails.

Bad experience and total waste of money
I recently ordered two kurtis - one a red resham embroidered top and another a pink paisley printed top from YourDesignerWear.com. I was shocked when the tops arrived, the red one was very badly tailored and looked very different from the picture - it has blue and green embroidery with sequins whereas the picture and description gave the impression of it having golden embroidery. I have been comparing the pics and the top and cannot get past my wonder as to how someone can deceptively photograph a dress as bad as this to actually make it look quite elegant. Also, though the pink top was supposed to be a party dress, it looked very cheap in person and more like a street dress. I would never wear the tops anywhere!
The site does not have any options to zoom the pics and view detailed patterns and the photography cleverly hides all the imperfections.
I tried submitting a review at the site, but they have an approval process and won't display any critical comments. Customers beware, don't order from this site if you don't want to lose your money!

This company/website needs to be reported for scam
First off, I ordered a sari to wear at a wedding, with gems on it, I received the item (a couple of days before the wedding - not their fault) but gems were falling off of it! As I took the sari out the package more & more gems were falling off. Immediately I e-mailed them about it b/c as per their website you only have 24 hrs from rcving a package to report damages on their part. I told them I have pictures of the damage to show them. They asked for the pictures & I sent them to them. They replied to me please go to the tailor & fix it on your end & we will pay for the costs. No way! I am a full-time working medical student whom is not home during day time hours to get this done. Not to mention, I have to spend my time & gas and go repair it. I said no, then after they were taking several days to reply, worried I called their US #. I spoke to someone who sounded like they were answering from their home. I told her the situation & she said she'll e-mail me where to return it.
So, I eventually returned it, BUT I had to pay the return shipping of USD $52.00 and then when my package got to India they rejected the package because they would not pay the duties and taxes. So they agreed they will pay duties & taxes & deduct it from my credit. Which ended up being over $80.00 USD. So after I paid over apporx. $132.00 USD to return the $207.00 purchase > my money back was not even worth it!
When I asked them to show me the Fed Ex bill of the duties & taxes they paid (so I can see if they credited me appropriately), they said they can't and now are avoiding my e-mails.
