On December 4, 2009, an unauthorized Debit in the amount of $17.97 was withdrawn from my checking account for Idenity Theft Protection...which I did not order! Now again, on January 11, 2010.another unauthorized debit of $17.97 was withdrawn. My daughter, Jennifer Loudin, thought she was filling out a form for a direct deposit of her payroll check into my checking account. (She had never done this online and was on the the website porvided by her Employer for Direct Deposit). Instead of a direct deposit, my account has been debited, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I called your company at 1-866-781-7649 and spoke to a representative who gave me a Cancellation Confirmation # of 4505214. He stated that my checking account would be credited the $17.97 and I would not be billed again. AGAIN, THESE DEBITS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WERE UNAUTHORIZED BY ME. I MYSELF CANNOT MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND THE BANKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION MATCHING EXACTLY!!! I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY!!! I AM PREPARED TO REPORT YOUR COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, AS WELL AS THE FBI, INTERNET FRAUD DEPARTMENT. PLEASE DO NOT FORCE ME TO DO THIS!!! Your company has acted unprofessionally and unethically by withdrawing money, not once but twice, from someone's checking account without their consent! I will expect a call from someone at your company, assuring me that my money has been returned to my account!!! I do not intend to wait 7-10 days as your company has already debited my account.
