I have tried to call the number showing on my bank statement to the same avail as everyone else, thank you for posting another number. I also had tried to cancel by email, it took, and showed up again on my statement.With the new number, I had to enter my cr card being billed, as my phone number wasn't recognized but I did get a live person, and the cancellation was done...i am supposed to have a credit in 3-5 days!

I have been charged 1.00 dollar on my credit card since March to July. I never heard of yoursavingsclub and would like my credit card credited $6.00

MY NAME IS CESAR CUENCA. SINCE OCTOBER OF 2008 I HAVE HAD $1.00 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT W/OUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I HAD CANCELLED MY MEMEBERSHIP WAY BEFORE OCTOBER & YET 1.00 IS TAKEN OUT EVERY MONTH. I HAD ACCUMULATED OVERDRAFT FEES BECAUSE OF THIS & DEMAND YOU PAY ME BACK MY OVERDRAFT FEES PLUS THE 1.00 YOU HAVE TAKEN OUT EVERY MONTH SINCE THEN. MY OVER DRAFT FEES ARE $35.00 EACH TIME 1.00 WAS TAKEN OUT BECAUSE I HAD NO MONEY IN THE BANK WHEN YOU TOOK THE 1.00. I NEVER PAID ATTENTION UNTIL MY OVERDRAFT FEES AMOUNTED TO $185.00!!! MY ACCOUNT # IS 259833024. I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL THE CHARGES THAT WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY DEBIT CARD IMMEDIATELY!!!

This company has been charging my account for several months. The charge is $1. I am like a lot of others who are living on every penny. Even the $1 charge overdrafts my account and costs me $35. I have tried to call the number on my bank records and get a recording that wants my "savings club" account number or my bank card number. I used my bank card number once to cancel, but it obviously did not work. They are still charging my account and the bank says there is nothing they can do. I called yoursavingsclub again today and got their automated message. I will not give out my bank account information over the phone to them again, but don't know how to get the charges stopped. My customer service center from Bank of America treats me like an idiot when I question them about these charges and tell them they need to be stopped. I cannot afford the money they have taken from me or the charges it has cost me. I read that someone else started seeing these charges after signing up for a free credit report. I have done that also, but did not sign up for anything else. I simply can't afford this.
