You may have seen it on your bank statement (as I did) as "MVQ*CLUBSAVE". There is probably also a number next to it that of course you can't speak with an actual person, it just tells you to enter either your mem#, phone#, or credit card# you used. I tried putting in my phone # but it told me that my number wasn't in their system, go figure. So I did more research and found out that "Your Club Savings" is linked to, 2 different credit report agencies. One called "Credit Diagnosis" and the other "Privacy Matters Identity", ironic. When I had cancelled these 2 months prior apparently they had linked me to the club savings thing which I had no idea about. I called them and confronted them and at first they tried to blow me off saying that my membership with the credit report agencies were cancelled. I had to speak with another person to get them to agree with me that they were linked with the Club Savings. I knew this because I saved the cancellation letters that came to me through e-mail, which had the name of the agencies and that the e-mail came from "membersavings". They said "oh yes, you cancelled the credit reports but not the club savings". They of course had never told me about the clubsavings when I had previously cancelled. I even asked how I was to know about it or let alone cancel it, all she said was that I would be reimbursed. They completely avoided my questions of how I was to know about the club savings and just kept repeating that I would be reimbursed. We'll see if that happens. Stay away from those two credit agencies. If you need a credit report contact a lawyer for a good one to use.

This company, yoursavingsclub.com is deducting an amount of money monthly out of my bank account and I cannot reach them to have them stop. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU...

This company has been charging my account for MONTHS!! every month, and i have never heard of this company, and never have given them authorized permission to take money out of my account. So how did they get my account info? this is illegal. why has this company not been shut down? why have they not been sued? this is just not acceptable. im contacting my lawyers. how can they do this? i got a credit report from credit diagnosis, months ago, and as soon as i got that, this started. So I can only assume this means, they sold my credit card info to yoursavingclub?!

I have tried calling every number possible, it seems that every number I call, you can not talk to ANYONE. My husband is military, tomorrow, Im going to talk to JAG. there is no way this can happen. Someone HAS to shut this company down!!!

I have never requested the account your company has assigned to me.

There is a $1 charge every month in my <Visa/MasterCard/AMX > credit card.

I request cancellation of this account and a payment of $20 for the monthly credit card charges and the inconvenience imposed on me by your company.

I am outraged. I just noticed the charge on my debit card without authorization. There's a telephone number which you can call, but they ask you to enter your membership# which of course no one knows because we didn't know we joined. I then went on their website where you can request for them to send you your membership #, I requested it three times all to no avail. This company needs to be sued and I'm going to pursue every avenue tht I can to see them stopped! SCAM AND FRAUD
