Terrible tennis experience
Our 11 year old daughter and her friend signed up for tennis lessons and we were told they would have a fun and rewarding experience. However, their lesson consisted of them hitting balls back and forth with no assistance from any of the young and inexperienced coaches, As I concerned parent, I stayed and watched the entire time and saw hardly any interaction between students and coaches. Kids were laying down on the ground talking, instead of learning how to play tennis. When we politely asked for a partial refund (we offered to pay for the 2 lessons we actually did attend) they refused. The director, Laura Kassirer, sent a few rude e-mails back, but did nothing to rectify the situation. I would definitely advise you to take your children elsewhere for tennis lessons.
