I'm an esthetician (skin care specialist) and I've been trying to find solutions for my clients with dark circles, wrinkles... I found it to be very drying. It leaves a dry crusty film and applying moisturizer under, over, or applying less didn't help. I called the company to return the items after reading the return policy of 6 weeks from receipt and reading on the same insert that my satisfaction is their ultimate goal. Keep in mind getting them on the phone takes an act of congress and when you finally do get someone to return your call they won't take it back or refund your order. All other orders shipped cannot be return either. The person I spoke with informed me an order had already been shipped and it was also non refundable. He did say he would discount it. I mentioned it had not been received and would be refused and he let me know it didn't matter he would be sending it out again at my expense. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Your satisfaction is far from their goal.

The product does work. The problem is that if you dont use daily, the applicator gets clogged and doesnt work. When you ask for a replacement, the company states they will not do after 3 months. My tube is virtually new because i only use when eyes are puffy/ special occasions/. There are other products that work just as well. O yea, and you can actually use them till the tube is empty! Now there's a concept Youthology might like to employ.

Youthology leaves a nasty white residue. I did not like the product, and have attempted to return it repeatedly. They do not answer the ohone number provided, they simply leave you on hold for over an hour (absolutely no exageration, try calling and see for yourself)

Once they get your credit card, they will continue to charge it, regardless of how many times you email them. (reaching by phone is impossible)

The product is CRAP. Does not work as advertised, and they do not honor their return policy.

I ordered my friend the product for a birthday gift. I received the product and she did not like the way it felt on her skin it burned. I tried to cancel the order but stayed on the line for 45 minutes and kept getting their audio from their TV comercial. over and over and over. No one ever picked up the line. I now see my new order on my visa card well it won't happen again since I closed the card ha ha youthology you will be reported to the Attorney General consumer protection for the STATE of TEXAS and I will file a complaint with them about your product and now answers to my email to cancel.

i made a one time order for youthology. then i started getting every two months. i called to return & cancel the boxes i didnt order, they claim they have been sold & for me to call back in a week & they will let me know what to do. I have also been charged for a fee they cannot explain. It shud be against the law for a company to use your credit card without your approval.I called my credit card co. & posted a complaint for a charge back. Youthology says I cant send their product back. It didnt work for me or my mother. Satisfaction Guarantee or your Money Back is a lie!!!
