To whomever it may concern;
I am writing to complain about the amount of scammers on Yoville, this is not only wrong, but a waste of other players' time. There are many honest people trying to earn their "Coins" and "Cash", which does take a long time, and then you get scammed by someone that takes all your hard earnings away. I think you can see where I’m coming from here.
I’m not only annoyed about this, but disappointed in the security.
Earlier on today, I went to do a trade, where I got scammed into giving out 19, 000 coins to receive a rare item, this as you probably have gathered, didn't happen like I would have liked it to. Not only did I get scammed out of my coins, I got some of my items taken from me too, which included an Angela_tiredmom Dress, a Sailor Swimsuit, a Sailor Bow, a Female Sailor Costume, an Anchor Dress, and I also had a Cat whiskers and Tail, item, which I purchased a while ago, and I now understand that the stores don't sell these anymore as they were a Halloween feature, taken from me. I had many more items of clothing taken from me, but this is past the point. I use the Facebook Yoville, and I would be very happy if you could return as many of these items as possible.
This hasn't happened to me once, but twice. I asked someone if I could give them some Coins in return for a Coffee, I was then forced into giving the character 200 coins for what I thought was a good offer, on a few energy boosting Coffees. This didn't turn out as I had planned. I ended up giving them 200 coins for a mug, yes that’s right, a Yoville Mug! Somehow, they managed to trick me into buying this, which I wasn't to pleased about after I realised what had just happened. As you can probably guess, I was outraged that this sort of thing would happen to me twice.
Another reason why I am writing this letter is because on the recently updated Yoville you cannot buy Coffee or anything that gives you energy, in the game, in the Coffee Shop. It came to my attention that before Yoville was updated we were able to buy these beverages at the store, as I am sure you are aware of this problem, I just wanted to bring it to your attention once again.

[email protected] they asked me for my password so that they could give me the items i needed, i logged on about 5 minuites ago to find that this want hadn't been fullfilled, they had taken 12, 000 coins and an apple item i had. Please do not email this address as it is a scam...
