This product does not work. You can wait over 90 seconds or 3 hours and still nothing!!! If anything, my eyes were all dry and flaky. I couldn't use it with my make up. It is useless!!!
Don't get caught up with this company. I have returned the product with a letter stating that I have forwarded a copy to my lawyer. Not susre if I will be billed again. As for calling in for a return authorization number, well... this is bull crap too. You never get through and you hold for ever!!! It gets better. I never even finalized my order when I was on their website . I changed my mind and they still took it upon themselves to send me the item and charge my card. So I will say it again, if you start the order process and decided to cancel at last minute, they will send the product without your final completion.

So what do we do about this. Do we report them to the Better Business Bureau? How do we the consumers protect our selves?
