I purchased a cricket game named boonty cricket from zapak.com website. it was an online transaction where my i ised my debit card and my account was debited for Rs.149/-. after that i urchased the game they sent me a code to unlock the game but i cudnt unlock it. so i sent them an email to which their customer service replied me saying they will solve the mater in 2 days. Its been almost a week now still waiting to hear from them. i feel cheated.
