Dear Sir / Madam;
My son Justice receives SSI for his Disability Monthly.
I am currently an out of work mom going through Biopsies.
Our only monthly income is a very small SSI Check.
I would never Knowingly Charge these Fees, that whomever ZAZALLC.COM is has charged me. I need my sons money back !
When I called 886-592-6443; I asked the Lady on the Phone,
what this was about. She said someone OK'd my Credit Report to
be checked.
I then Requested a refund, because I never authorised $6.98,
to be taken from the Payee Rep Account for my son. Since I did not have the $6.98 on 9 / 15 ; 000000000326699 ; I also
received an OVERDRAFT FEE FOR CHECK # 0000 FOR $26.95; do to this $6.98 UNAUTHORISED charge.
Please REFUND me, my sons Disability money ! My son gets
his DISABILITY CHECK, on the 1st of the month, and were broke way before the fifteenth; getting food from our Church.
I don't know how they got my online information, but I can
prove I have been in Hospital ; and was in the Hospital at that time.
I NEED THE FULL REFUND OF THE UNAUTHORISED AMOUNT TAKEN FROM MY SONS PAYEE REP ACCOUNT.

TOTAL OWED MY SON : $ 33.93 .
p.s. I obviously have ID Theft. The Operator whom said her name was Pam, was very clipped with me and quite rude. Said
I had to Request my Refund online. I am bed rest and sick and had to get a ride to a local Library to do this.
$33.93 is a whole weeks worth of food for my son.
