Dear Sir,
We are Zee InfoTech, Palanpur Reseller of HP/ Compaq products.
We have purchased one Compaq laptop model No.: V3225AU from Real-time Technologies Dt. :17/05/07.
We sold it on dt.21/05/07 to our customer Mr. Nishant H. Gupta. With in 4 months complain came from customer that laptop shut down without any reason. We seen and checked but problem is continue.
We sent it to ahmedabad service center (XCORT MICRO SYSTEM) on date: 18/10/2007 Job Cad No..: 2725.
We received Laptop after 4 or 5 days from service centre.
Within 2 months Same problem or complain arise and again we sent it your service centre Dt. :17/12/2007. Job Card No. :3870.
We received laptop after 10 days.
Within one month Same problem again arise and we sent your service centre ahmedabad (xcort). Job card No. 3698 Dt. 9/1/2008.
We received Laptop after 10 Days.
That time your service centre give us promise that now laptop is absolutely ok and if problem continue then we replace your laptop.
We send our engineer 5 times your service centre for pick up our laptop.
Now, We face same problem again and we call your service centre and they lock call online and said that we pickup your laptop. After 10 days they pickup and giving us receipt 14346751 date 10/4/2008 courier: Safe Express.
Last 8 months our client’s can’t use laptop. This is very much harassment from your side. your customer service is very poor and horrible for us. Imagine we are facing problem last 8 months!!!
Now Pleases replace this Laptop immediately.
