I used to rent at pennyville unit no: 1186A3 and the property was still under ecclesiate real estate. i didn't re-new my lease and i moved out on the 28/02/2011, I tried to claim for my deposit but I didn't get it from ecclesiate as they informed me that they are no longer managing the flats. On the 5/05/2011 I received a statement from the new management Zelri Property, stating that I owe R1900.25 and they have my deposit of R3430.00. I then called and spoke to Chantal and I advised her that I didn't re-new my lease and I no longer live there since the 28/02/2011 but I didn't get my deposit, she advised me that I still owe R1900 and I agreed and explained to her that I didn't pay that amount because I didn't get my deposit back. She then advised me to send her and e-mail stating that the amount I owe must be deducted from my deposit and they'll pay me back R1529.75. I sent that e-mail on the 16/05/2011 and she said she'll forward it to bridget or liesel as they deal with deposits. After 2 weeks i called to check how far they are with my refund, I spoke to Chantal she said to me she doesn't remeber me and the conversation we had and the e-mail i sent to her, i should speak to bridget or liesel as they deal with deposits. I tried to get contact of bridget or liesel but they are always busy and I've left numerous messages for them to call back but even today they've never returned my call or give me any feedback. I sick and tired of doing a follow up on my refund and they are not doing anything about it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! If it shows on the statement they send to me that they have it why is it so difficult for them to refund it back because it's mine...
