[Sub: Prevent the spreading of deadly humanly viruses among young age groups]

This is to bring to your kind notice that with reference to a letter received by me from a company’s lawyer where I was engaged for a part time job, stating that I have submitted an incomplete job, for the same, where the company have incurred a loss of Rs. 12, 000 towards commission, which I was advised to pay within 15 days of time
I joined in this company on 4th of March’09 which was referred by my brother-in-law, who joined the same few months earlier. As per the job profile, I am supposed to post 9000 classifieds in a month and my commencing salary is Rs.22, 000.00 per month as discussed and also a contract letter was signed stating it will expire after 11 months. Further, for undertaking this job I have to pay Rs. 8, 000.00 fee as per the booster I signed in for. Most importantly, I was advised to send my print screen reports on daily basis it doesn’t matter on any counting’s, but that’s the way their customers need to keep in touch with them. As per the terms and condition if 7 days there is no reports send then the registration will be cancelled.
As I was not keeping well due to viral fever added stress on reaching my target for the month. I intimated telephonically about the same to the concern person where they acknowledged that by asking me to send a mail. As discussed, I sent a mail and also mentioning that I’ll restart a fresh work from 17th of Apr’09.
I started my work with their permission on the above date mentioned. I went to office for submitting my reports on 18/05/09 as I completed my month target by 17th of May’09. The concern person refused to take my duly completed reports said now they have incorporated some changes where I need to separate the e-mails in my inbox by creating 4 folders of which one is for posted ads. When I asked then how my salary will be budgeted for the same as I received only 5000 & odd mails for 9050 print screen posted ads? She said based on the e-mail counting you will receive your payment. I retaliated that no one should be taken for surprise like this, as this was not informed me earlier. This made me to feel like a joker sitting and sincerely working with the system for such an illegal job for more than 18 hrs per day. I strongly responded that that wasn’t my job as my brother-in -law did the same work and got his salary a month back. He was taught on these new changes that were implemented only when he took his next month fresh job. She then spoke over phone to her MD as per her advice she asked me to submit the reports.
I received a call from them asking me to come to office with the terms and conditions on 5/6/09 at 3.30pm. In the presence of a lawyer the MD called me inside her chamber. After few minutes debate she interrupted me while speaking to say that my reports were incomplete based on the e-mail counts and it didn’t attract any money for it. When I pointed out the terms and conditions where it was only mentioned that I have to check my mails and nowhere was it mentioned that my work is based on mail counts. She immediately replied show me where we asked for print screens. I told it was completely a cheating approach and for this I will take legal action against you. With all the arrogance she said bring police or lawyer I don’t have any botheration. I left that place with a shooting pain and for all the pain that paid for my effort was then a legal notice.
As mentioned in the letter that “my client states that because of your incomplete target based work they have incurred a loss of Rs. 12, 000.00 towards commission”. If that was the case when I was unable to complete my first month’s target, they didn’t face any loss towards commission, if so, why a notice was not raised at that time or communicated about the same to me?
And also, even 20 days after completion of my job I didn’t received any proper response from them. Their procrastinating attitude tested my patients severe to the core where I spell bound when she raised her voice by saying “unnakku irrukku di” which too happened in a telephone conversation. For that, they created a scene as mentioned in the notice that when there office staff asked about the incomplete submission I used filthy language and unparliamentarily words. The only evidence I have to prove that was a false statement is I recorded the conversation in my cell phone when I been to office for submission, if required, I would like to submit the same in person.
Furthermore, my work was posting the blog in job classified sites (Ref: www.zenclassifieds.blogspot.com). In a job related sites why unauthorized or illegal adult sites, pet’s related and matrimonial sites were present in that. Furthermore, payable sites were asked to skip? The blog asked to create (i.e., www. jobsindia2009.blodspot.com) doesn’t have any relevance to the job posting classified sites. All this clearly reveals that it’s an illegal job done by the company that was mainly targeted on 10th & +2 students having passed or failed their exams. Doing so, the company is directly responsible in abetting them to do illegal job and also affecting the morality and mental stability of younger generations. Basically I thought of withdrawing from this job when I smelled the stink at first itself since I paid money pulled out from my father’s pocket, thought atleast will work a month in terms of refunding my advance money but all that ended in vain.
In general, these problems were faced, being faced and will be faced by many people in the near future. These fraudsters swindle money from the poor people and were left unanswered with painful scars. Considering future circumstances, in terms of spending their valuable time and money, these poor people step back from taking any action against them. I came to know from a source where the MD’s father is a sub inspector. With all the support from her father and the company’s lawyer she’s indulging in such illegal job and also continuing to make it as a multi level marketing. With all frustration, insults and dispute I regret to point out that this deadly humanly virus need to be destroyed before becoming pandemic. Need Justice!!!


Bringing this issue to your notice is not for my selfish need for getting my money back. Lost is lost. All that is needed now is an antidote for such poisons. Please, do take severe steps that no one dare to do this again…?
