This company representative Al is a liar. He make promises to families and do not keep them. Same way he doesnt stick to his diet is the same way he doesnt stick to his contract.

We requested our $5500 dollar iron fence have matching gold or silver locks. Either way we would be fine, whichever easiar for him. We try to reason with him, so he denies us and paints one of the locks black to match the fence. We told him, "How is this professional courtesy after we are spending this much money on a 40 ft iron fence?"

This company can learn a lot about courtesy from other five star companies, but this Zermeno's is a low budget lazy fence company. He subcontracts out part of his work to keep his profit up after he charges so much. We figured in the begining he was worth it with all the fake unfulfilled promises he made. We learned our lesson. Please do not make the same mistake as we did. My family is very upset so I had to vent for them. Better Business Bureau is investing them. BeAWARE!!! They changed their name a few years back because of too many complaints. Horrible people, especially AL. He was the sales representative that came. Gave us the bullshit talk he lives in Martines and he tired, he doesn't have time for this. He's a liar, that's what is IS!!!
