We use to go to Zhang's buffet for the crab legs, till two weeks ago when I was leavingI passed the place where they bus the plates and toss the leftovers. On the cart between the garbage and the dirty plates there were crab legs laying inbetween on the cart, must have been 15 legs and claws there. They are picking out the crab legs and putting them back in with the fresh crab legs!!! Why would I assume such a thing? Well, we usually went on saturdays and one time the host was yelling at customers about wasting the clusters. So i guess since they rather not lose customers they'll just reuse the uneaten legs and claws. the following day I started conming down with something cold/ flu, H1N1? I was violently sick for weeks and still am. I suggest people check the carts before they eat there. I only seen this as I was leaving if I seen it before I would have left sooner.
