This is the WORST internet purchase I have ever made
This is the WORST internet purchase I have EVER made. I was successful in downloading/viewing only ONE movie. EVERY episode of ANY TV show (including very common ones) won't load because of problems such as viruses, is blocked, is chopped up into impossible pieces, and for whatever reason, won't download or play. Biggest ripoff I've ever allowed myself to be suckered into. Just one disappointment/frustration after another. HATE IT.

I am mad with companies like Ziggy TV
I just bought the one year pass for almost $20 dollars and paid $15 dollars extra for the movie upgrade!! Well, first of all Ziggy does not even run and when it does run is like I am watching some poor quality videos with low resolution. I want to cancel it to get my money back!!! and I cannot because no one reply to my email!! But I do live in the US and I do believe in the customer rights so I will fight over my $40 until I get it back!! And I will get it back!!! MAN I AM SO MAD with companies like ziggytv.com I cannot believe the are not laws for them and they get away with everything!!

I am not happy with this
I bought a subscription for ziggy tv and i cant even download it . It keeps telling me it detects a firewall. im just having problems downloading movies and music i cant watch movies. nothing happens. Yes i paid for this. Im not happy with this.

Feel like I have been cruelly conned
I have purchased for £25 and over a product that has not appeared on my computer. Foolishly ave my credit details for the complete waste of space feel like I have been cruelly conned. Would like piece of mind that I have not been taken for a ride and my card detail are safe contacting my Bank.

Complete rip off
The program does not download, does not function, seems to be just a way to advertise Ask.com. It is a complete ripoff. I checked after 20 minutes, the price had changed, the URL was not accurate. I have advised my ISP to ban this one from any user with a scam notation.

Poorly programmed search engine
I purchased what I thought was a way to get TV programs on my computer. For $30 I got a download of software which was nothing but a poorly programmed search engine. The links to TV stations and movies can be easily found on Google. Links were located all over the World. (Japan, Russia, ect). A majority of the links are not functional. When you do get one that works, videos are very poor, grainy, poor contrast, load slowly. This site advertised 720p resoulation. A number of the movies appear to be pirated. I only paid $30 but I expected a central point for this service, not a worldwide directoy. There does not appear to be any customer service. No phone number. I attempted to send them an email to address I received in their email. Email address would not connect it sent me to a unknown webpage.

Scam
Its nothing but a lot of websites on one page its a bunch of false advertising and they dont even have ways to contact their company the email is not valid i sent them one and theres no such address i will be contacting the bbb in hope to get rid of pathetic conning companies like this crap if you want online tv go to hula and fancast for free because thats all your getting here is free websites all on one page and your throwing money away i will make sure no one else make my foolish mistake.

Totaly SUCKS don't waste your money ziggy tv free is better tried to contact them no reply nothing but a rip off you can always tell because no money back promise well there is one but you cannot
get in contact with support so in short no money back. there is only one thing they can do for me and many others, give us our money back.but hell will freeze over first.
