Worst company - ZNAinfotek is the worst company to work for. They keep changing their names, check for Z&A Inc etc, They cheat their employees, vendors and their clients. Many companies black listed them. They don't deserve to do any business.There are many lawsuits against this company. The partners, Sandesh Shetty and John S. Pezzullo are number one cheaters.

If you are working as consultant through them then it is sure they will not pay your last 3 to 4 months of payments at the end of the project.If employees, he will not pay your salary and if you leave his company then he never pay your last few months salaries.

When you take up the contract, check the contract for signature, these guys will take your signature but they will never sign and fax it to you, if you ask repetitively then they will just sign just one page. We are getting hard time with these guys. Collection agencies asking properly signed contract and so we need to go for lawsuite. This kind of behavior will result into criminal case; we are trying our best to take them there.
