I ordered 2 Zoeller pumps which they claimed the manufacturer had in stock for inmediate shipment. Two weeks later it had not shipped. I called to cancel, and they offered to drop ship directly from manufacturer. I replied that only If they could guarantee shipping that day or following day at worst. Shipping did not occurr untill almost a week later. Despite my cancellations of order in writing which they deliberately ignored. I refused to accept the late shipment, and they are trying to pressure me by saying that there would be a penalty of 50% plus freight both ways because their sales policies so state.. Interestingly enough the quotation on which the order was based indicated nothing to that effect, but the order confirmation which they sent after getting my money said that by placing the order I was accepting their web site posted conditions. I do not accept that because it should have been indicated on the quote so that i would have had a chance to read those conditions, and i certainly would not have ordered if that information had been inficated on the quote. Additionally this was not an internet purchase, it was done over the phone. so their "Internet" posted rules certainly would not be applicable nor implicitly accepted.
Very unethical, completely deceiptful, and they will promise anything to get you to order, and then not deliver as promised. Ignore e-mails hide behind voice mail when they recognize your number or when they answer on the cue line, and it's you on the phone.

Will never do business with them again, and recommend noone buy from them, unless they don't mind loosing their money or waiting very long for their merchandise
