I bought cheap blackberry 9700 from them, the price was $200 + $37 (TNT shipping).
I paid via Western Union.
And after a few days, I got the tracking number, but it didn't work, so I contacted them.
And then they told me that my item is being held by customs because of new China regulation that stated me to pay 40% of total cost because my order is under $500. And they gave me options: to pay the customs fee or continue shopping until my total order are over $500.
I said to them, that I don't want to pay the customs fee or continue shopping, and I want to cancel the order and my money refunded.
But they said that canceling order is not easy, and other pathetic excuse.
And after long argument, they said in email, that they can refund my money with only 40% of the original amount.
And I've agreed to that, but after a few days, they never replied my email again.
So I contacted them via Yahoo Messenger, and I chat with them.
They said, that I have to pay the customs fee, because customs won't give the goods back.
And after a few arguments with them, I said, just give me my money back and I won't bother you again.
And they said, OK, don't bother us again..
I mean, what kind of customer service is gonna say that to a customer?
And still they won't give my money back, and just log off.
My point is, never buy from them and keep away!!
