i have used zong mobile payment to by chips for zynga poker i have had the credit taken off my phone credit and it has not given me the chips

unauthorized charges
I just got my cell phone bill and see that on my daughters number there are 7 charges for zong alerts at 9.99 each. I cannot find anything anywhere on her phone that relates to these charges. She doesn't have a clue what zong is and neither do I. I am going to fight these charges. Sprint is so bad with their billing that you really have to watch them closely or else they will rip you off with bogus charges...especially if they know you have minors on your account. I keep a very close check on what is downloaded and used due to the fact that we are on a super tight budget. My kids are very aware of this and know that if they want to keep their phones, they better not download unless they can pay for it. And I do check it often. So, someone needs to figure out how I can have these unsolicited charges removed from my bill. Hopefully, I will not have to go further with this complaint.

this number is teasing me some few days

My number is 03133563535 and this is my second complain about this number sir I am very up set for this no 03156413453 this such ridicule number was teasing me last few days so much through sms and this person afraid me some abuses, when I tell the franchise they just say you call on your no or send mail so And I want to complain them, please give me good response

Unauthorized Charges
I recently received a cell phone bill for over $600. Our monthly bill is usually $145. The extra charges are all on our 13 yr old sons phone. I have seen the comments from a previous posting about this company and others targeting minors and I totally agree. I googled this company and all they require is a cell# and they will bill what ever is purchased, to your cell phone provider. It appears most of theses charges have come through Facebook apps. They are a legitimate company; however they are targeting young people who don't have a credit card. Or the responsibility to have one. It also sounds (from other postings) as if most cell phone providers will not assist you in this problem. Luckily ours did (Sprint by the way). You can have this and the other companies out there who perform this service blocked from your phone, by calling your provider. I would strongly advise this if you have children using cell phones and Facebook.

Complaint for fraud
I have been using zong prepaid for some time then I started using internet apps on my mobile i.e. google earth so I went to zong office to activate postpaid service with flat rate internet charges. There CSR (Aqib Shahzad) said that I should use flat rate package on my prepaid package saying that it will cost me same. This in fact would have cost me twice. I spend more than 10 minutes explaining him the same.
However when after activation, I enabled internet on my phone, next day all my deposit vanished and they told me that flat rate package was never activated.
I registered my complaint and Aqib Shahzad turned out to be a big liar when they told me that he reported his denied that I ever requested for flat rate GPRS package. I rarely make any call therefore postpaid package was worthless to me without flat rate GPRS. Why would a person use up all of his security deposit in one day? Plus forgetting a 10 minutes conversation is not possible therefore he intentionally lied to his company or zong itself in involved in robbing people.
After three months of my numerous complaints (during which I talked to many people at 310) Mr. Asim (from 310) said that although he agrees that the mistake was on their part but they are not able to refund my money. He also insulted me by saying that he can give my money out of his pocket. (I dont care about money, I want you to face consequences of fraud so that you may think before doing the same to other customers.)
I advise everybody either not to use Zong services or otherwise, do not trust zong employees because they don’t have complete information of their own products, they make mistakes for which customer has to pay and they also never refund even if it is their mistake.

continuos false statements of chakwal frenchise office
mr.adnan sales manager is a lier .i got zong cell fone with package of 1000 minutes and 1000 smsai made the payment and got the set.after loading the pakage it was told to me that such pakage is restricted to 15 days which is quite non sense .i was infoemed abut 15 days restriction intemtionally after i got the set and make payment.afterwards my ceel stoped to wark and i reported to sales manager.he chaked and asked to to provide the paking box etc.and get new set.but when i produced the accessereis box, he then informed that cell cannot be changed and it will be sent to compny for repair.on my querry, he told me that it will take a week for repairing.i handed over my cell to him on 9th july 2010. after expiry of one weeek, he told me that it will take 14 days .but now more than 20 days have passed away, i m still waiting for my repared cell.now the said sales manager is not attnding my call as he has no positive reply.plz help me as i m facing hardship due to the continus lieng of the stff and manager of said zong office.

Therat/shameless/Bad SMS
I m Ehsan Ahmed Khan a zong user No.03126034295 is threading, doing shameless SMS and also miss cals on my Telenor number(03457543515).
The above mentioned Zong number user send Shameless and therating SMS at 17.43 PM Dated.30/01/2010 and do miss calls at at 17.24 pm dated;30/01/2010.
Kindly give me information about the zong user with full detail and also tell me about your action.
