I ordered directly from their site. I ordered on a Friday. The following week, I tried to get in touch with them through email and by phone. Their customer service and live order number is constantly busy. You can't ever get a person on the line.

When I finally did get an email reply 10 days after my original order, I was informed that my costume was out of stock...5 days before Halloween! I will NEVER order through them and will not recommend them to anyone.
