Stole my money
I ordered a Motorola RAZR V3 & it was broken when received. They ignored my request to replace it nor did they honor their refund policy... would not respond to e-mails/phone calls... they should be thrown in jail for STEALING other peoples money!!!

Fraud and cheating!
DO NOT... DO NOT... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Again, they have changed their names to Qwertysell2007. This company still owes money to a lot of people including myself. They continue to run a scam business until consumers turn up the heat, then they change names and do it over again and again. If all of the victims file reports to the Attorney Generals office and the FBI, we might be able to shut this piece of shit company down. It takes a little time to file the reports, but it will be worth it.

Totally fraud company
This company now claims that they are out of business. However, they will tell you on their recording that if there any issues, please leave them a message and they will call you back (719-554-0163). Sounds like a lot of people were the victim of these low life shitbags. I'm sure they will be back in business under another name before the week is out... they have already done this before... so buyer beware.

Mobile fraud
ZOOMCELL is an absolute crappy online shop. It sent me a mobile, which could not be paired up with the Blue tooth. I called up Motorola customer service and they told me to send the product back to ZOOMCELL. I sent the product back in Feb 2007 and yet to get it back. I totally wasted $183 by purchasing the product from ZOOMCELL.
Who ever planning to buy a product, please do not purchase it from ZOOMCELL. I am not able to understand how these kind of Fraudulent company survives in US after all these Fraud they do.

Beware of these scammers!
Beware of these scammers. They claim they will sell you a NEW phone... They are used and repainted. These phones are also from the UK. These phones will work on the GSM network, but do not have the correct software for the carriers, so some of your phones options will not work. They also claim that someone will call you back to help you with any phone problems... I am still waiting.
DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never got product!
I paid immediately after winning my auction on 5/16/07. I paid for 2-3 day shipping ($21.99). I sent five emails, no response. Had to go through Paypal to get them to respond. The tracking number they sent is not useful. Post Office said that it was transmitted via internet, that they have no record of it being shipped. It has been 14 days. Zoomcell's offer is to refund me $3 for fast shipping!!! I have submitted a refund claim through paypal.
MAJOR SCAMMERS!!! HIGH DOLLAR ITEMS DON'T SHIP OR TAKE WEEKS AND WEEKS TO SHIP. READ THEIR FEEDBACK, YOU WILL SEE. IF YOU LEAVE NEGATIVE BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIP, THEY COME BACK ON YOUR SITE AND LEAVE NEGATIVE.
