I ordered the whole package deal from Zoommania and paid for a 6 year in home repair service. The package arrived on the 52 " Samsung but the contract for the in home service did not. I contacted Zoommania numerous times via email and phone and always spoke to the same idiot. He at first would tell me it's "in the mail" or "our shipping department will mail it right out". When I kept calling because I did not receive the contract, he got really ugly with me and started yelling at me. He would hang up on me and then eventually, because of caller ID he just would not answer the phone. I contacted the Attorney General's office in PA and they are on it. Hope you all do the same. Stay away from Zoommania!
