can't access my rewards

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ACCESS MY REWARDS FOR SOME TIME NOW. I ADVISED ZOOMPANEL WHO I LOVE UP TO THIS POINT THAT I CAN TAKE SURVEYS AND RECEIVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS, BUT, WHEN I I TRY TO CNNECT I AM ADVISED THAT A CONNECTION CANNOT BE MADE. FRIENDS OF MINE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE TRIED EXPLORER, AOL AND NETSCAPE, BUT, GET THE SAME MESSAGE. I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ANY SATISFACTION. I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY POINTS WHICH ARE SUBSTANTIAL. HELP PLEASE.

uncredited points, no email response

I took a survey on 9-13-10 for 375 points; this was stated very clearly both in the email and within the survey itself, which I screen capped. Zero points were credited. In the only email response I received, I was told that I'd be credited *50* points, no explanation give. To this day, I have been credited ZERO points, and further emails to member support have been ignored.
