I brought a brand new very expensive Jacket to Zoots for drycleaning. They ruined it (they admit to that), after a month of trying to correct the jacket and not being able to, they offered me $180 (15 times drycleaning bill) for a $3000 jacket! Nice guys. They also told me I should read the fine print on back to their ticket for the limit of their liability! Trouble is the back of ticket was all blank!
