Don't do Zrii January 21, 2010
refusal to cancel my account - keeps charging my credit card, denies receiving my request to cancel in Oct. 2009
Zrii is a multi-level marketing company that sells a nutrional drink. Its backed by Deepak Chopra and some other famous people and owned by Bob Farley. Its expensive. Not only could I not afford it anymore but it also didn't agree with my digestive tract. I wrote them to cancel my order on October 26, 2009. I was away for awhile and when I came back and looked at my mail I noticed that they had never stopped charging my credit card. $148.66 a month. I called Zrii and told them that I had cancelled and they said they never received my email. When I found the Oct. 26 email and sent it to them they said I did not state my name on it. I was told by one of their representatives that I had to cancel my account using the same email address that I signed up with them on. They told me that if I sent the two boxes back to them that they would give me a 90% credit. What crooks and liers. I've read on the internet they never want to give credits even after they receive the unopened orders back. This is a crooked company and I discourage anyone from having anything to do with them. I know I have a long fight ahead of me to get some of my money back. I'm reading on the internet that they cheat a lot of people like this.

charged with out my consent
In June of 2008 I tried a product called zrii I was sent a kit that I payed for with a credit card. Six month later I am shipped another kit and charged to my credit card with out my autorization. I called my credit card to diput the charges. I then called to return the product and was told to send it UPS. I requested to be sent a sticker to return the product and was told that it was my reponsiblity to return it at my cost. This is unfare to me that I have to pull money out of my pocket to return the product that I did not order. Would like you reponse to what to do

withholding refunds, multi-level marketing
When I sent the product back I should have been issued a refund in 6 weeks. Called them, they said they needed a tracking number from UPS (or whoever) to be able to link me to my return, even though I had my name, address, and they RMA (return confirmation number) on the outside of the package like they asked me to when I called for instructions for returns. Originally, I couldn't find the tracking number. And they said, "Well we don't have any way of knowing if we received your package." Well, I found the tracking number because I used my credit card at a local postal company who keeps good records, and I have everything down to the computer signature of the actual person who signed it, and the date and time it arrived. My credit union says they'll take care of that too, God bless their hearts! But only because I contacted them within 90 days of the original purchase!
