Bought a ZT computer because it is assembled in the USA. Have contacted support for very lengthy shutdowns, even sent a event log. Also SN of PC and other info to speed the process along. nothing back from ZT. They didn't even acknowledge the support request. As a final kick to the consumer, they have shut off email receipts. I can see with any bigger events I'll be left to resolve the issues on my own.
