I will never order from them again
Don't believe their shipping dates for a minute. Once they have you, You've paid, and you wait, and wait, and wait some more. Then you start calling and they say: Oh that item takes a little longer for us to get. So you wait a little longer and... I placed my order on June 15, today is July 7 and the status of my order still hasn't changed. Yesterday I asked that my order be cancelled and that also has not happened. The absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The girl I spoke with on the phone was so rude and made me feel like the bad guy for questioning their company. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I shopped from Zulily. I will never order from them again! No matter how great the deal is!

shipping scam
THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST SHIPPING POLICIES THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. MY PURCHASE (IF THEY ACTUALLY FOLLOW THROUGH WITH SHIPMENT) IS SUPPOSED TO SHIP 3 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. IN THIS DAY AND AGE THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS. WISH I HAD DONE MY HOMEWORK BEFOREHAND AND KNEW OF HOW MANY WAIT FOR WEEKS AND NEVER EVEN RECEIVE THEIR ITEMS. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM BECAUSE THIS COMPANY TAKES MONEY FOR A PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY---AM I PROVIDING THEM WITH A LOAN OR SOMETHING? REALLY. IF A CUSTOMER PAYS FOR AN ITEM, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH TO "POSSIBLY" RECEIVE IT.

Waited forever to get two little dresses. The quality of the material was extremely poor. We would have gotten better quality if we'd gone to Wal-Mart!!! Will never again purchase from Zulily!!! What a waste of money!

Very disappointing to say the least
DO NOT BUY GIFTS ON ZULILY! I found some really cute items on Zulily that I wanted to send to a friend for her new baby- matching cup & plate set, onesie, bibs & burp cloths. They were all from the same vendor and would be a great gift. I indicated on the order that it was a gift. The problem was that the gifts came in 4 separate shipments. How embarrassing! Had I known this, I would have had the items shipped to me and sent them all together. Very disappointing to say the least!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! They cancel every order you place because they don't know what they are doing. I have had two out of three orders canceled. ITS a TOTAL waste of effort, time and money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

No tracking information after one week
I ordered some bikes for my triplet toddlers from here 4 weeks ago. Although two bikes arrived in two weeks, the other is MIA. Try explaining that to three 2-year olds who know have to share two bikes. It is ridiculous! Even after the customer service team looked into the matter, they couldn't get it straight. I was provided a tracking number and was told my item had shipped but one week later, there is still no tracking information. This was an expensive purchase, which makes their carelessness extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Waited about 16 days to get merchandise - THIS IS INSANE - Called Customer Service they explained the site state 10-13 day. Isn't 16 longer. WILL NOT let you return items, shoes were far too large, NO RETURNS. SHOULD be a way to let everyone who views this site to stay away until you have a month to wait for purchase. CS was not really concerned about the long ship time, it was the WHATEVER attitude that erked me a tad. WILL NEVER order from them again. Others places to spend money for sure. Thanks for listening, had to get this off my chest.

Wow-this online store is one to avoid at all costs! I placed a order for 3 pairs of shoes-its took 2 weeks to process, finally called customer service and was told that two of the pairs were not available. Then it took me another 10 days to get my money back. Finally received the one pair of shoes-but it took close to a month! Very shady, great prices-but who wants to wait a month to receive your items??

Save your time, money and happiness, shop somewhere else
I wish I would have checked out the reviews and their facebook page BEFORE ordering - No refunds - endless waiting - bad customer service they have it all!
I was shocked to find out they even have complaints against them with the BBB - what kind of place is this?
The shipping is outrageous where is the real discount? Some of the items are available on other websites at lower prices. I feel like I have been scammed. Its also very difficult to cancel getting their emails.
Save your time, money and happiness shop somewhere else!
