We sent a Zune Original 120 GB CTO to have the screen repaired. We paid for the repair upfront as stated on the Zune Website and the posted repair cost plus shipping.
We instead were sent a 16 GB Zune.
We didn't want a new one...we wanted ours fixed.
They now refuse to repair the one we sent in and will not replace it either.
How could Zune possibly think that a 120 GB is comparable to a 16 GB?
