I am trying to sort out the claim on my son's car. i have been given the run around by Zurich and they will not pay me out the value of the car. I am disputing it because for years I have paid the insurance on this car and never ever did they contact me and tell me that I am over insuring the car. Where are their ethics. The car had a very expensive sound system installed as well as a spoiler kit and rims and tyres. I need help to get the correct amount paid to me. PLEASe help me. My late husband worked for Zurich for years and I am an ex staff policy holder. I have never had this trouble before. What is happening to Zurich. They tell you one thing and do the opposite. You get promises of people going to call you back Well I am still waiting.
