I had a charge on May phone bill concerning zww internet. i called the number on my phone bill and it was a collection agency who gave me zww internet phone number, i called the phone number and talked to a George Lopez there about the account he said i had signed up for internet service, i told him no i didnt i belong with att internet. i told him he either deletes the account and stops charging me or i will call the FCC and the Fedteral trade commission.

had heard nothing concerning anything about being taken orf and did not obtain a letter that this would be be put back on or charged to my phone3 bill, on Junes bill, the charges of 49.99 wer back on my phone bill, i put a 3rd party block on my phone bill, i called the fcc they told me to contact the federal trade commsion and will do an investigation upon complaints in their data base so if your having problems with zww.com call this number and place a complaint, 1-877-382-4357. they will take the compalint, i now am trying to get a hold of George lopez to have the charges taken off my account,

after two attempts of trying to get a hold of him i told the secretary that i have filed compalint with the fcc and the federal trade commission. she finally had gotton george lopez he told me he is not crediting my phone account, i told him fine there is a third party blcok on this phoen and i am not paying it and he will be talking to my attorney.

the only way federal trade commsission will do anyting and do an investigation is if you put in a verbal telephone complaint they then can go after this zww.com internet service so call 1-877-382-4357 for George lopez does not want to delete the charges at all and he told me to write to his manager, when asked if i could have a phone number to his manager he said his "Manager does not take phone calls." excuse me?? he gave me the address to where they are to contact and here is that if you want to waste time writing to them which will not rectify nothing zww.com, 16133 Ventura Blvd, Encino, Ca, 91436.
