THIS COMPANY HAS CHARGED US 49.95 THUR OUR AT&T BILL. WE CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE CHARGE WAS FOR AND THEY SAID FOR A WEB SERVICE THEY WERE PROVIDING US. (WHAT?) I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A GIRL NAMED CRYSTAL ( SHE CLAIMS THAT SHE IS THE "FLOOR SUPERVISOR)
SHE GOES ON TO SAY THAT SHE HAS MY HUSBAND ON AUDIO TAPE ACCEPTING THEIR SERVICE.
MY HUSBAND REMEMBERS SOMEONE CALLING BACK IN MARCH AND TOLD HIM THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SET UP A WEB PAGE FOR HIM TO REVIEW AND IT WOULD BE A 30 DAY FREE TRIAL.
THEY CALLED BACK 2 DAYS LATER AND ASKED IF WE HAD BEEN TO THE SITE. WE ASKED FOR THE WEB ADDRESS AND THERE WAS NO SITE. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN TO I CALLED ASKING ABOUT MY AT&T BILL.
ZWW-ISP REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND, "BECAUSE WE DID NOT CANCEL THE SERVICE". MY PROBLEM IS #1 WHAT SERVICE, THEY SAID 30 DAYS FREE, #2 THERE WAS NOT A WEB PAGE TO GO TO VIEW WHAT THEY SAID THEY HAD DONE> #3 AT&T WILL NOT ISSUE ME A CREDIT ON MY PHONE BILL SAYING THAT
"THEY ARE ONLY THE BILLING PARTY, NOT THE CHARGING PARTY" I WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO ADD ANY CHARGES FROM ANYONE TO MY PHONE BILL WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
THIS WHOLE DEAL IS A SCAM!!!AT&T WILL NOT STAND BEHIND ME. WHAT AS A CONSUMER AM I SUPPOSE TO DO? IF I DON'T PAY IT AT&T IS GOING TO HOLD IT AGAINST ME. AND WHAT KEEPS ANY OTHER COMPANY FROM CHARGING WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO WHO EVER THEY WANT IF AT&T IS GOING TO BE ON THE SCAMMER'S SIDE.
