I was supposed to have a one-year contract from March 2008-March 2009 at $14.95 that did not auto-renew. I then added a tanning package for an additional $10/month for one year. Eleven months later I was told that my membership was about to expire (I was told this in person and over the phone). I paid cash for one more year of tanning and they continued to take $24.95 out of my account until I canceled the bank account in June of 2010. I asked several times in writing to cancel my membership (I was told when I called once that my membership was set to auto-renew, which is not what my contract indicated). I kept getting the runaround. ZX would send me to ABC, ABC would send me back to ZX, etc. My bank agreed that it was fraud and gave me the money they had taken over the past sixty days. I have since been turned over to a collection agency, despite repeated demonstrations to them that I do not owe them money. Additionally, the contract they had me sign is fill of mistakes.
