Just to report a proper experience. Ordered 2 items, hipped next day, received via USPS 3 days. 1 item was a substitute for an out-of-stock items. E-mail customer service that it was not acceptable and received a prompt credit to my credit card foe the price. Everything was well-handled and promptly. Very satisfied with experience-will do again.
